I strongly believe that anyone of any age can experience the benefits of yoga. Fox Yoga was born out of my own love for yoga and the desire to bring these benefits to as many children and young people as possible!
With the building pressure and stresses that we all face in the modern world, it is vital for us to take time for ourselves to connect to our breath, move our bodies, make time to relax and remember what is truly important.
It is a pleasure for me to share tools and techniques to help us feel more calm, connected and empowered in both body and mind.

FOX YOGA KIDS
Kids' Classes (2-11)
My Fox Yoga kids classes are fun and creative way to teach the benefits of yoga to children. Yoga poses help the physical body by practicing flexibility, balance, strength and focus. We practice these poses through fun and stimulating stories and themes. Each session includes props, music and games. We learn to focus on our breath and by practicing breathing techniques we can help our minds feel calm, relaxed and in control.
After a class of physical and sometimes challenging yoga practice, my classes always end with a period of relaxation (eye pillows provided!) for us to take a moment of stillness and calm in our busy lives.
My classes are up to an hour long. Lessons can be arranged through schools (and linked to curriculum objectives) during the school day, as a club outside of school time or privately through parents or carers.
Charged at £40 an hour.
Parent paid clubs:
£6 per class if paying in advance for the whole term.
Clubs will usually be 1 hour (venue dependent).
* Sibling rates available *
Private family yoga sessions:
Individually tailored 1:1 sessions available at your home on request. £40 for an hour.
Children's yoga parties:
Individually tailored parties to suit the birthday girl/boy's interests! £80 for 1 hour with a maximum of 15 children.
FOX YOGA TEENS
Teen Classes (12-18)
Yoga and mindfulness can benefit teenagers, during a potentially difficult and pivotal time in a young person's life. My classes help us center and calm ourselves, relaxing the mind and using breathing techniques to help us through stressful times of anxiety or uncertainty. We will also practice yoga poses, stretches and sequences which will improve our physical health in an inclusive and non competitive way.
Today's modern world brings increasing amounts of stress and expectations for young people both in and out of school which can impact on mental health and body image. This is where I believe yoga can be used as a tool to encourage confidence in ourselves and our overall well-being.
My classes invite you to practice yoga to help you feel healthy and happy inside and out. A typical class may include stretches, breathing techniques, yoga poses and sequences, partner yoga and of course a relaxation (eye pillows provided!) for our end of class chill time.
My teen yoga classes are up to an hour long with a maximum of 15 students to ensure I can give proper alignment instruction and support.
Lessons can be arranged through schools, during the school day, as a club outside of school time or privately through parents or carers. I am also available to do drop in sessions during periods of heightened stress in school such as exam time.
Charged at £40 an hour (with a maximum of 15 children)
This can be tailored to the schools specific needs.
Parent paid clubs:
£8 per class if paying in advance for the whole term.
Sibling rates available. Clubs will usually be 1 hour (venue dependent).
Some recent reviews:
"Attended a parent & child workshop. Lovely experience to learn a little about yoga & connect with my children in a calming environment. Loved the concept of mindfulness with yoga, the art of being in the now, living, breathing & connecting. Thanks for a fab workshop."
"Fox Yoga kids yoga sessions are magic - always so engaging and imaginative, with brilliant ideas of how to get across some of the concepts in yoga in a way that is easy for children to grasp. It is such a lovely way to start the weekend with my 2 and 4 year old and I can’t recommend her enough - if you’ve been thinking about getting to these sessions (as I meant to for years before finally getting myself organised!), you won’t regret it !"
"We had a fabulous session, my little boy absolutely loved it, great exercise with tips on how the body & mind work! We will definitely be back for more sessions!!"
